Assignment One

The first play we will study is Ben Jonson's Volpone, which you can see on the Calendar. As we are reading this as a class, I would like you to fill out the following document (Expectation Log) for each act. When you have finished this chart for each act, please submit it to the link below (Inbox). This should be submitted by Monday, November 20th. Finally, please make four posts on the corkboard at some time during your reading experience.

You are going to write an argumentative essay about one work you really enjoyed this year.

Assignment Five

The next Unit is going to be on literature of the Antebellum, Civil War, and Reconstruction. Before the next semester begins, I would like you to take the following quiz, so that I can assess everyone's knowledge and see what everyone already knows. Thank you, and have a great winter break!
